The project transforms the workplace into a connected environment where production, research, collaboration, and social interaction coexist. Open circulation, transparent meeting rooms, and integrated communal areas create a flexible spatial structure supported by natural light.

Context

Industrial architectural elements are balanced with warm wood, natural stone, greenery, and bold color accents. Defined zones, sculptural surfaces, and carefully integrated lighting establish a clear identity while maintaining comfort, openness, and visual continuity.
